Prophecy Update 2015-11-15

Sunday, 15 November 2015

-For today’s prophecy update I’d like to peel back the layers of the Islamic terrorist attack in Paris so as to answer two questions. -However, first, I’m hoping you’ll kindly allow me to briefly point out some of the ironies surrounding what happened on Friday. -The reason being is that I’m personally having a rather difficult time seeing how any of these ironies are merely coincidental.

Irony #1 -The band that was playing where over 100 people were murdered by the Islamic State is called, “Eagles of Death Metal,” and here are some of the titles to their songs, “Flames Go Higher, Speaking in Tongues, Already Died, Chase the Devil, Kiss the Devil, Anything ‘Cept the Truth, The Reverend, and Secret Plans.”

Irony #2 -Al Gore pulled the plug on a live benefit for climate change some five hours into a 24-hour streaming show from the foot of the Eiffel Tower as a result of the Islamic terrorist attacks. In other words, the truth that Islam is the greatest threat facing the world today, preempted the lie that climate change is the greatest threat facing the world today.

Irony #3 -On Friday morning, Obama told George Stephanopoulos on ABC’s “Good Morning America,” and I quote, “What is true is that from the start, our goal has been first to contain and we have contained them. They have not gained ground in Iraq, and in Syria they’ll come in, they’ll leave, but you don’t see this systemic march by ISIL across the terrain.”

Irony #4 -I was on Twitter as the attacks were happening, and quickly noticed the hash tag, “Terrorism Has No Religion.” This as reports we’re coming out that the Islamic Jihadist’s, (Jihad meaning “Holy War,” in Arabic), were screaming, “Allah u Akbar,” which in Arabic means Allah is greater and or Allah is greatest.

It was this 4th irony that prompted me to post on both Facebook and Twitter, #Paris, Isaiah 26:3-4 You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you because he trusts in you. Trust in the LORD forever for the LORD GOD is an everlasting rock.” I also posted Isaiah with the #Beirut as my birthplace due to a much smaller in comparison Islamic terrorist attack there, and #Japan because of a 7.0 earthquake and tsunami, which thankfully turned out to have minimal damage. The reason I share this is because I engaged in a most interesting dialogue with a couple of people on Twitter, which I’ve actually never done before.

Here’s some of that exchange, -You're having a (expletive) laugh right? -“Actually, I'm crying right now, and I'm praying for you.” -Your God either planned this, or allowed it... so why are you sad? -“You've got the wrong god, this was the god of this world the devil himself.” -“Seems religion is what is the root cause of this problem to begin with” -“Religion is man trying to reach God #Islam but Relationship is God reaching man #Christianity” -Do you know how ridiculous you sound? -So because you're looking for an argument and not an answer, I will not engage with you any longer, praying you see the truth. -You pray for me and I'll think for you. -I hope you will think, as you're replying to a believer who actually thinks he's replying to a thinker who will one day believe! Someone else tweeted -“Sorry I'm an atheist. ...You might as well be speaking mandarin. This is a backward people who use religion as a means to their end” -“I am absolutely in agreement with you friend!  Please know you are loved by the true God!” -“Just wish we'd collectively agree that an attack on one of us is an attack on all. Because it is that black and white!” -You might be surprised by my response, but I absolutely agree with you, and am most appreciative of your candor, love you man!

-The common denominator in all the Twitter exchanges is that religion is the main theme when it comes to Islamic Terrorism. -Be that as it may, let’s turn a corner and answer what I see as two important questions concerning this Islamic attack in Paris. -The first question I would like to answer is, “Why did this attack happen in France?”  In other words, what’s the connection?

-In order to answer this question, we need look no further than to what the Islamic State who claims responsibility is saying? -Namely, that it’s because France is part of the coalition fighting the Islamic State in Syria and Iraq and has troops in Africa. -Another interesting reason the Islamic State attacked Paris is they see it as “the carrier of the banner of the Cross in Europe.”

Saturday, November 14th, 2015 – Fox News -No Mercy: France's Hollande responds to Paris attacks that leave at least 129 dead -…France is already bombing ISIS targets in Syria and Iraq as part of the U.S.led coalition, and has troops fighting extremists in Africa. ISIS claimed responsibility for the attacks and a Syrian passport was found on the body of suicide bomber at the Paris stadium. …ISIS, in an online statement, described Paris as "the carrier of the banner of the Cross in Europe" and described the attackers as "eight brothers wrapped in explosive belts and armed with machine rifles." "Let France and those who walk in its path know that they will remain on the top of the list of targets of the IS," the statement also read, in part, "and that the smell of death will never leave their noses as long as they lead the convoy of the Crusader campaign."

-Actually, this Fox News report both asks and in a way sort of answers our second of two questions, which has to do with Syria. -More specifically, the question of where it’s headed next given the fact that one of the terrorists was a so-called Syrian refugee. -I believe that the handwriting is on the wall, so-to-speak, as the Islamic infiltration for world domination continues unchecked.

Saturday, November 14th, Newsmax -“ISIS Claims Paris Attacks: 'The First of the Storm’’’ Islamic State claimed responsibility on Saturday for attacks that killed 128 people in Paris, saying its attack involving militants strapped with suicide bombing belts and carrying machine guns into the heart of the capital is just "the first of the storm." …Earlier on Saturday, Islamic State redistributed a video, that first appeared on the internet a year ago, threatening to attack France if bombings of its fighters continued. …[a] militant in the video, identified as Abu Osama the Frenchman, appealed to Muslims living in France to head to Syria to wage jihad, in "a message from your French brothers". "Jihad is the path of Allah You strengthen their economy and pay taxes which they use to fight us, and kill our sister, our women and our children," he said. …"Are you not embarrassed? Repent to your Lord and come join us. Because a day may come when the borders will be closed and you will be left only with tears and regret."

Saturday, November 14th, The Wall Street Journal -“ISIS’s Claim Shows How Group Is Expanding Targets.” -BEIRUT—Islamic State’s claim of responsibility Saturday for the Paris terror attacks is the latest indication of how members of the group are taking cues to strike soft civilian targets far beyond its bases in Syria and Iraq. The claim—published in Arabic, English and French to Twitter and Telegram accounts affiliated with the group—warned that the attacks were the “first of the storm,” targeting the “capital of prostitution and obscenity.” … The Islamic State Twitter statement Saturday said France would know the “smell of death” as long as it continued military activities against Islamic State in its self-declared Caliphate, which stretches across Syria and Iraq. It implied that others involved in fighting the group could be at risk of retribution. “Let France and those who walk in its path know that they will remain on the top of the list of targets of the Islamic State,“ it said. Friday’s attacks were a ”warning to those who wish to learn.”

-Lest this fill your heart with fear, let me hasten to say that for those of us who know the Lord we have absolutely nothing to fear. -However, for those who don’t know the Lord I would be disingenuous at best and dishonest at worst if I told you the same thing. -In other words, I’m unable to offer you the same promise as those of us who know the Lord, which is the rapture of the church.

1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 Brothers and sisters, we do not want you to be uninformed about those who sleep in death, so that you do not grieve like the rest of mankind, who have no hope. 14 For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him. 15 According to the Lord’s word, we tell you that we who are still alive, who are left until the coming of the Lord, will certainly not precede those who have fallen asleep. 16 For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. 17 After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever. 18 Therefore encourage one another with these words.

-If you don’t know Jesus Christ as your Savior I implore you to call upon Him today, and not put it off any longer. Here’s how:

Romans 3:10 As it is written: "There is no one righteous, not even one;

Romans 3:23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God

Romans 5:12 Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, and in this way death came to all men, because all sinned-

Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Romans 5:8 But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

Romans 10:9-10 …if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.

Romans 10:13 for, "Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved."
