Prophecy Update 2017-04-02

Sunday, 02 April 2017

-Before we get to today’s prophecy update, I just want to quickly mention that we ended up doing a staycation again this time. -This because we had to postpone our actual vacation, which as it turns out, worked out for the better, as God would have it. -Be that as it may, I’m so very glad to be back and I know that you were very blessed by our guest speakers who filled in for me.

-For today’s prophecy update I want to talk about what I see as the “new” global peace push vis-à-vis the “new” U.S. President. -Over the years, I’ve made the assertion that this global peace push is preparing the way for the false savior, namely, antichrist. -Here in the year 2017 I would argue that we’ve raced forward at break neck speed sudden destruction via peace and security.

I’ll begin with this YNet News report about a meeting taking place between Jordan's king a Trump adviser concerning the aforementioned Mideast peace push. According to the report, Jordan's King Abdullah II and an envoy for President Donald Trump have held talks about reviving long-stalled efforts to reach an Israeli-Palestinian peace deal. The U.S. Embassy in Jordan says Abdullah told envoy Jason Greenblatt on Wednesday that he would "do everything possible" to help end the Israeli-Palestinian conflict on the basis of a two-state solution.,7340,L-4936182,00.html

On Thursday, Arutz Sheva quoted Jordan's King as saying, “There is no peace or stability in the region without a just and comprehensive solution to the Palestinian cause through a two-state solution." …King Abdullah added that Jordan, in its historic role as the guardian of holy Muslim sites in Jerusalem, will not allow any harm to come to the Al-Aqsa Mosque. He warned that any "unilateral" Israeli move to change the status quo would have "catastrophic" consequences on the future of the region. Arab leaders said in a statement released at Wednesday’s summit that the Arab world is ready promote a peace agreement with Israel on the basis of the 2002 Arab peace initiative.

According to The Times of Israel Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is not looking to the 2002 Arab peace initiative for peace to be possible, rather, he’s looking to the new US President. peace, but to -PM to Trump envoy: Peace progress with all neighbors possible under new president -Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu held five hours of talks with a senior adviser to US President Donald Trump in Jerusalem on Monday, in which they discussed Israeli settlements “in the hope of working out an approach that is consistent with the goal of advancing peace and security…” The Times goes on to report on Trump holding his first phone conversation with Abbas, inviting him to visit the White House. … Abbas said that his phone conversation with Trump was “constructive” and that the US president had “confirmed his full commitment to the peace process.” He added: “We will continue to cooperate with [Trump], in order to arrive at a comprehensive and just peace that will bring security and stability to everyone.”

At the annual AIPAC Policy Conference, Netanyahu reiterated his commitment to working with Trump on the peace process. Quoting the Times of Israel, “Addressing the crowd via satellite link from Jerusalem, Netanyahu talked about his “exceptionally warm meeting” with President Donald Trump at the White House last month, and signaled that the two men were fostering a far better relationship than the one he shared with president Barack Obama. “Israel is committed to working with President Trump to advance peace with the Palestinians and with all our neighbors,” he said.

While Jews and Arabs may agree on a newly revived peace push, they certainly don’t agree on how to get there, or perhaps more importantly, who will get them there. The Jerusalem Post published an article about Israeli Defense Minister Avigdor Liberman suggesting that there was a new peace push afoot. In a post on his Facebook page, Liberman suggested that a new push for peace is on the horizon and warned against repeating what he said were the mistakes of the past. “At the threshold of a new attempt to start up diplomatic negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians, we must learn the lessons of the past, and the first lesson is: every attempt to solve the Palestinian issue on a land-for-peace basis is destined to fail,” Liberman wrote. “The only way to a sustainable agreement is through land and population swaps as part of a larger regional peace deal,” he continued.

Enter the EU, and this Times of Israel article in which they quote the European Union as saying that resolving the Israeli-Palestinian conflict remains a “top priority” and that it welcomes the US administration’s expressed interest in brokering a peace agreement between the sides. However, the article goes on to say that after a meeting with Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas, and the EU’s foreign policy chief they addressed reporters and reiterated the EU’s principled opposition to Israeli West Bank settlements, which it “considers to be illegal under international law.” If this weren’t bad enough, Abbas was quoted as saying, that the “continuation of settlement activities and expropriation of Palestinian land will lead to the one-state situation with an apartheid system. Repression and occupation will not bring security and peace, which come only through justice, equality and good neighborly relations…”

-I’m hoping you’ll kindly indulge me for the remainder of our time together today, as I try to tie all of this together prophetically. -More specifically as it relates to the who, how, what, where, when and why of the satanic quest for a the “two-state solution.” -I would submit this time, it’s just a matter of time by virtue of how this new peace push may quickly and ultimately come to pass.

How? Daniel 8:25 KJV And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand.

Who? Daniel 9:27 (NKJV) — 27 Then he shall confirm a covenant with many for one week; But in the middle of the week He shall bring an end to sacrifice and offering. And on the wing of abominations shall be one who makes desolate, Even until the consummation, which is determined, Is poured out on the desolate.”

What? Ezekiel 38:10–12 (NKJV) — 10 ‘Thus says the Lord GOD: “On that day it shall come to pass that thoughts will arise in your mind, and you will make an evil plan: 11 You will say, ‘I will go up against a land of unwalled villages; I will go to a peaceful people, who dwell safely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates’—12 to take plunder and to take booty, to stretch out your hand against the waste places that are again inhabited, and against a people gathered from the nations, who have acquired livestock and goods, who dwell in the midst of the land.

Where? Zechariah 12:1–3 (NKJV) — 1 The burden of the word of the LORD against Israel. Thus says the LORD, who stretches out the heavens, lays the foundation of the earth, and forms the spirit of man within him: 2 “Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of drunkenness to all the surrounding peoples, when they lay siege against Judah and Jerusalem. 3 And it shall happen in that day that I will make Jerusalem a very heavy stone for all peoples; all who would heave it away will surely be cut in pieces, though all nations of the earth are gathered against it.

When? 1 Thessalonians 5:3 ESV While people are saying, "There is peace and security," then sudden destruction will come upon them as labor pains come upon a pregnant woman, and they will not escape.

Why? Jeremiah 8:11 (NIV) They dress the wound of my people as though it were not serious. "Peace, peace," they say, when there is no peace.

-I’ll bring it to a close by posing a question that I think we would all do well to consider in light of how fast everything is moving. -When a woman is in labor, you know it’s just a matter of time before the baby is coming by virtue of the woman’s birth pains. -Here’s the question, if all that’s happening are like birth pains then wouldn’t it stand to reason that it’s now just a matter of time?

-This is the question before every one of us today, “do I know the Lord?” “Have I called upon the name of the Lord to be saved?” -I’ll explain how, by sharing with you what one has called the ABC’s of Salvation.  The A is for Admit. Admit that you’re a sinner. -The B is for Believe. Believe in your heart that Jesus is Lord. The C is for Call. Call upon the name of the Lord; you’ll be saved.
